How long does it take my order to ship?

The Woodstock Gallery ships via UPS and USPS. Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping transit ranges from 2–7 business days depending on where you are located in the US. *Freight items may take longer as they require the building of a custom crate.

Can you ship to a P.O. box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only shipping within the U.S.

How much is shipping?

We have three delivery options available to customers. Please feel free to contact us if you would like a custom shipping quote to your location.

Local pickup

You are welcome to pick up your items at The Woodstock Gallery free of charge. Once your order is complete, please contact us to coordinate pickup.

Local delivery

If you are within 120 miles of The Woodstock Gallery, we can personally deliver your items to you for a flat fee of $80. Once your order is complete, please contact us to coordinate delivery.

Standard delivery

For all other deliveries, we use flat rate shipping categories. Call us for specific information.

Small ($30): For small pieces
Medium ($50): For items up to 20″ on the longest side
Large ($120): For items up to 36″ on the longest side
Oversize: Contact us for actual shipping cost, which will be invoiced separately.

Why is shipping so expensive?

All of our items are hand packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
Freight packing for large paintings includes a customized shipping crate built specifically for your painting.
On the rare occasion that something goes wrong in shipping due to loss or damage, all packages sent from The Woodstock Gallery are insured for the full purchase price to protect our customers’ investments. The risk of loss of any product(s) ordered through this website shall transfer to you upon delivery of the product(s) to the shipping carrier.
